The board invites applications for the position of “ISSF Event Coordinator” (IEC). The position will be a volunteer position and will report directly to the board.

Role:
Coordinate and manage the entries to all ISSF events for ICTSA member athletes approved by the board to enter ISSF events, other than high performance/carded athletes.
The IEC will work with the athlete to assist with the entry of all ISSF events and will include, but not limited to, the completion of all relevant documentation on behalf of Athletes, this documentation will include the routing and booking of Flights, transfers if needed, hotel accommodation, entries and Firearm Permits.
The IEC will be required to be familiar with all documentation for each event and take in to account all relevant deadlines thus ensuring each board approved member athlete is entered in sufficient time to compete.
The IEC will NOT be required to attend events. But shall be available within reason to assist the athlete while at events if an issue arises with entries or travel arrangements.
