New firearm regulations come into effect from 1 August 2021
Members are informed that new regulations have been introduced by way of Statutory Instrument providing for additional technical specifications in relation to the marking of firearms and their essential components, as well as the recording of essential components, in accordance with the amended EU Firearms Directive (91/477/EEC).
