· Honorary Chairman - address to the attendance.
· Honorary Secretary - general report.
· Honorary Treasurer - financial report.
· Election of UCTSA officers and committee for 2021/2022.
· Election of UCTSA provincial directors for 2021/2022.
· Any other business at the discretion of the chairman.
